For more complex components, precise metal laser cutting can be used to create accurate plates, openings and connecting elements.
For components made from sheet material, laser cutting can be combined with CNC bending. Once prepared, the individual parts are assembled and welded, while the dimensions and geometry of the structure are carefully checked. Depending on the intended application, an anti-corrosion coating, powder coating or another suitable form of protection can also be applied.
