All components must be manufactured to precise dimensions to ensure the correct spacing between the panels and accurate alignment of the mounting holes. Custom structures can include specially manufactured plates, brackets, supporting beams and connecting elements that meet the technical requirements of the specific solar system.
For more complex components, metal laser cutting can be used to create clean contours and precise openings. Where necessary, the parts can also be formed through CNC sheet metal bending. Accurate preparation reduces the need for adjustments on site, speeds up installation and simplifies future maintenance or the replacement of individual panels.

Solar panel structures are usually exposed continuously to rain, snow, moisture, dust and temperature fluctuations. For this reason, protecting the metal surfaces is essential for long-term durability.
